From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff who were always helpful and friendly. the room was impressively clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. the shower had strong pressure and temperature control. the breakfast had a nice variety of choices and was delicious. the location was great with nearby restaurants and bars and even free bands playing at night!

Finding a taxi from the nearby station was a bit difficult, but the staff were helpful in finding a driver for me.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including the two English-speaking girls at the reception, were polite and helpful. They helped us book taxis and answer all our questions. The hotel facilities were clean and in proper condition. The shower had excellent water pressure with hot and cold options. The food at the restaurant was cowboy-themed and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, suited for exploring nearby places. The nighttime band outside the saloon was entertaining.

It was hard to find taxis around the area, specifically at the station. We spent a lot of time waiting and walking around until the hotel finally offered us a driver.

Had a nice weekend at a guest ranch in a rural area outside of Milan. The shower was great - hot and strong, just what I needed. The food in the restaurant was good and had a decent selection of dishes. The outdoor band was really cool and added to the ranch experience.

The location was tough to get to from the train station, had to take a taxi which was a bit of a hassle and not inexpensive. it wasn't clear which area was reserved for guests and which areas were open to the general public.
